Gather your tribe and make a date with nature!
Our camp is located in a beautiful private woodland environment and in keeping with this, our facilities are basic. We have an eco friendly toilet block consisting of composting toilets with hand sanitisers but we don't have electricity or running water. Drinking water and other supplies can be purchased from the local Centra in Rathdrum village. There is a river and a stream meandering through the site where guests can collect water for washing.
Choose to sleep either in a tipi, tree tent or single camping hammocks depending on your numbers. Alternatively for those adventurous ones in the family, we'll help you build your debris shelter but you must sleep in it!
There is one area where there are 4 tipis close to each other and share a communal firepit sheltered under a large parachute. It also includes a communal seating area with bench seating and a long table. This area is perfect for larger family groups and gatherings. For families who may prefer some more privacy, we have a small number of stands that you can choose from that have their own sheltered fire pit.
A catering and BBQ menu is available to book – see our catering page or please contact us for details. However, if families decide to cook themselves, we can offer meal ideas or the local takeaway restaurant will even deliver on site! We also have kitchen sets including single ring gas cooker, disposables, pots & pan available.
