Tipi Adventures Ireland is inspired by love for the outdoors. Camping with family and close friends allows everyone an opportunity to wind down and enjoy each others' company with the simpler things in life.
Our Norwegian single pole tipis provide ample space and offer protection from the elements in line with a wild camping experience. We facilitate private gatherings, schools, clubs and corporate groups with the exclusive use of our site and equipment.
IN NATURE
FROM DUBLIN CITY CENTRE
Ed established Tipi Adventures Ireland in early 2013 with a view to offering unique wilderness adventure camps with an educational aspect. Spending time in nature offers mindfulness and a grounding experience. This also gives people the opportunity to learn new skills and a have a better understanding and appreciation of what nature in general has to offer. His love for the outdoors and his passion for cooking is evident in all he does, in particular his cooking over the fire.
Ed successfully completed Woodcraft School Advanced Bushcraft Award Level 3 in 2017 and developed and managed a Primary After-School Programme for 4th, 5th and 6th class students in west Dublin.
From the very beginning, Susanne has worked tirelessly in the background of Tipi Adventures Ireland, doing all important things such as keeping accounts for the business as well as developing and managing the website. Whenever we needed extra help, she was always there, either to set up and take down tipis, assist in catering and managing the bookings.
Tipi Adventures are lucky to have someone of Mick’s calibre and experience as their Lead Instructor.
With extensive experience in the formulation and delivery of Bushcraft Skills to young and adults alike, he carries out assessments and evaluations on behalf of Tipi Adventures Ireland. Mick has been a constant source of support and encouragement since we first met in 2015.
