Where: Tipi Adventures Ireland Private Wilderness Site on the banks of the river Avonmore outside Rathdrum Village, Co. Wicklow.
Two days and two nights to savour the magical experience of wild camping under the stars. An opportunity to immerse yourself in the restorative power of nature through trees and running water at our private wilderness site along the banks of the river Avonmore, just outside Rathdrum village in Co. Wicklow. An idyllic and tranquil place to unwind allowing nature to recharge your batteries.
The weekend will all be about the outdoors, connecting, grounding, learning, sharing and creating wonderful memories. The choice of activities will certainly appeal to those looking for adventure, discovery and wellness in nature. These activities are split over two days, leaving plenty of time for sharing and enjoying stories around the campfire.
Food brings people together and this weekend includes catering with mouthwatering food cooked over charcoal and open fires.
Be part of a community with one thing in common – a love for nature and the great outdoors. Discover and practice new skills in firecraft, shelter building, essential knots, water craft and learning the leave no trace principles. Members of the Irish bushcraft community, local mountain guides, wild food foragers will be onsite over the weekend to share their knowledge and skills with you.
**A follow up family orientated event will be scheduled shortly after the schools breaks for the summer holidays!
